By accessing or using the Reti.ai platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Reti.ai provides AI-powered media generation tools, including but not limited to text-to-image and text-to-video generation. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Ownership & License

Your Generations: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the rights to the assets you generate using our Services. Reti.ai hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to such generated assets.

Platform License: By using the Services, you grant Reti.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your generated content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Depicts non-consensual sexual content or child exploitation material.

Reti.ai reserves the right to suspend or ban users who violate this policy.

6. Credits and Payments

Services are provided on a credit basis. Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reti.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
